CISaustralia has a dedicated team within Flight Centre, who know our programs, locations and customers. Our dedicated CISaustralia Flight Centre team understands the needs of our customers (University students and University staff), and consists of highly experienced airfare and travel experts (see their bios below) dedicated to working with student groups and crafting complex student and staff itineraries. Additionally, our team can offer expertise in pre/post program services such as extended/day tours, additional accommodation, insurance, and transfers.

Students should not book any airfares until they receive written program confirmation from their CISaustralia Program Advisor. This confirmation will include the required arrival and departure dates, the specific city, and the required arrival time.
Specific student details (name, date of birth, email address, phone number, home university in Australia, program and program dates) are shared with Flight Centre only upon program confirmation and enrollment to help assist students (if they choose) with travel arrangements, including insurance.
