Students should refer to their CISaustralia acceptance and confirmation documentation for CISaustralia direct deposit banking information. Direct deposit is the preferred option for all program fee payments.
This is the simplest, easiest and most efficient method to make your program fee payments. Please download your program invoice from your Participant Portal to access the CISaustralia banking details. To ensure all Direct Deposit payments are correctly reconciled against your account, please use your Invoice Number as a reference when making payments. Your Invoice Number is located in the top right-hand corner of your Invoice. If you have any questions please contact your personal CISaustralia Program Advisor. CISaustralia will accept payments via credit over the phone (only). CISaustralia accepts Mastercard and Visa cards (only). Unfortunately, no other type of credit card is accepted. We apologise for any inconvenience. All credit card payments will incur a 1.5% credit card transaction fee (passed on by the bank). If you have any questions please contact your personal CISaustralia Program Advisor. Please phone CISaustralia within office hours at 07 5571 7887 to make a payment via credit card. Please have your card with you and the following details ready:
- Cardholder’s full name – that appears on the front of the card
- The full 16 digit card number – that appears on the front of the card
- The card’s expiry date (month / year)
- The 3 digit CVV number (on the back of the card)
- Preferred email address – a receipt will be sent to this nominated email
- CISaustralia student ID – to identify payment within the CISaustralia system
CISaustralia does not accept cash for payments of any program. Do not send cash in any amount to CISaustralia.
