CISAUSTRALIA IS CURRENTLY SEEKING 

Coordinator, Global Study & Volunteer (Admissions and Enrolments) 

This position will primarily involve the coordination of applications and enrolments for CISaustralia global study and volunteer programs. Our global volunteer programs are in partnership with ethical, long-standing organisations that are contributing to real life, purposeful research and/or having a meaningful impact on the local community. These programs provide students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience that will inspire personal and professional growth to last a lifetime. Our global study programs are in partnership with top-ranking universities around the world.  

This is a permanent part-time position located in our Gold Coast office.

Coordinator, Global Study Tours 

As the Global Study Tours Coordinator, you’ll be central to assisting University Academic staff in creating exciting and academically engaging group travel program itineraries. You’ll manage proposal design, logistical planning (accommodations, transportation, excursions), pre-departure materials, risk assessments, and post-program evaluations. You’ll also build strong relationships with Australian University partners, collaborate closely with international providers, and maintain program scheduling and financial administration, all within a small, dedicated team. This is your chance to make a tangible impact on students’ global learning experiences while contributing to the efficiency and growth of the CISaustralia Customised Programs team.

On-site Program Coordinators

CISaustralia is looking for like-minded professionals to join our pool of On-site Program Coordinators (OPCs). Our OPCs help lead University groups in countries all over the world. Programs vary between 2-4 weeks. All travel, meal and phone costs are covered, as well as receiving a program stipend. Full training and ongoing support provided.
